Beautiful hotel, stunning room and pool! Came here for my birthday and we felt like royalty being here. The staff were so welcoming and kind, always with a smile and greeting us in and out. The welcome drink was a very nice touch as well as the 30 minutes of complimentary spa credits for both me and my boyfriend! Great spa facilities and a nice restaurant menu. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, thank you!

The hotel is located at 5 mins distance from the city center and the old market. Its architecture is impressive with a scenic pool located in the middle of the building. My room was spacious enough and clean. The service perfect. The overall evaluation lost one star for the breakfast not at the level of a 5 star hotel (hard croissants, pastry seems not fresh…) and because the TV in my room had a problem and the service were not able to fix it or offer an alternative. Anyway, I recommend a stay at this hotel if you have the chance to visit Siem Reap

We spend four nights at this very nice hotel. The location is perfect as it is located in walking distance to the city center and old market. The rooms are spacious and the Terrace Suite we have booked offers a beautiful covered terrace. The pool area is nicely set up with comfortable sunbeds and all staff members are extremely friendly and supportive at all times. Although there was some maintenance undertaken during our stay the management team on behalf of Sarai Family, esp. the representative Ms Issariya and the Manager Ms Rose did a very good job to make us feel happy and allow us to enjoy a very relaxing stay. We definitely recommend Sarai Hotel.

This was one of the best hotel stays that I’ve ever had! My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and were so impressed. The architectural design and the pool area is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are quiet and spacious. The staff are incredibly friendly and I’d like to extend a special thank you to Rose! When we return one day, we would love to stay here again.
