The location is great, you are just a few minutes away from iconic and awesome places of Osaka. The rooms are a little bit small, but it is normal in Japan. The beds were not that comfy. The breakfast was traditional and tasty, just awesome!. You had free coffee at the entry and the employees were always very friendly and kind. At night the hotel was quiet also. We would come back! Arigato! :)

Room was spick and span, and the ladies at the reception booth were very nice and patient. With tourist attractions like Dotonbori just a 5 min walk away, I can tell you that this hotel’s location was really good! Recommended for first-timers coming to Osaka.

A great hotel, fantastic value! Good size rooms for Japan, and very clean! Management are great! The hotel is very well situated, with a train station nearby and a walking distance from the famous Dontobori street, where you can get delicious street food. The staff are very helpful. I can highly recommend the manager Yui Kamishita, who was fantastic!! We mistakenly booked the sister hotel in SHIN-OSAKA, however she was able to shift our books at no extra cost! This saved us a lot of time and money! I would recommend the Sinsaibashi hotel in particular (as it's a chain with many branches), as the staff are excellent.

Location was absolutely awesome, close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi without constantly dealing with the chaos and foot traffic of those areas. 1 min. walk from Nagahoribashi station and a 7/11 just downstairs. Staff were friendly and the room was perfect for a solo traveller. The decor is a bit dated but everything was maintained and cleaned pretty well all things considered. Only two laundry machines and one was out of order at one point but I didn’t have any personal issues with access to the machine. The two elevators were always available and I rarely had to wait long. I’d stay again in the future if this quality is maintained.

Stayed here for 5 nights in the twin room. It was so spacious, clean and modern. My job requires me to stay on hotels around the world and the mattress, pillow and blankets at this hotel are definitely one of the best ones I've stayed at. The staff are all so friendly and speaks enough English to help out and answer questions. I personally appreciate they don't enter our rooms for cleaning. We get can garbage bag and other amenities in the lobby ourselves and ask for towels whenever we want them. Very nice touch of having a luggage scale available. Location is excellent. There is an elevator that is conveniently located 1min away from the hotel that connects to Crysta strip, which is also connected to the subway station. Wish I knew this on the way over! The only downfall I'd say if I had to be picky would be the lack of sign for guests to leave used/ dirty towels in a bag before leaving it in the hall for staff to collect. Unfortunately I saw some of my room neighbors just leave their used towels on the ground outside.. All in all, really enjoyed my stays here. Highly recommend!!
