Beautiful rooms. Unfortunately I had to wait for mine to be ready. Always a bummer on a rainy day. The room was a little disappointing. Nice bed, bath, and terrace. But some of the furniture was very worn or damaged. No coffee facilities in the room. The cleaning staff began with gusto at ~9 am on the weekends. Very disruptive.

Great hotel to visit Madrid for a weekend! The building is nothing short of beautiful. The rooms could be freshened up a bit and could use some painting, but overall it was a great stay! The location is unbeatable.

We only stayed for one night before flying home but really enjoyed the hotel. It’s in a good location and looks really nice. Only downside for us were the pillows and the room didn’t get quite as cold as we like.

This is a really wonderful hotel in a beautiful and historic building in Madrid and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Despite being an older building, our room (and every part of the hotel we were in) was very sleek and modern, impeccably clean and had every amenity imaginable. Our room looked out on to Plaza Alonso Martínez (which was wonderful and romantic), and merely shutting the impressively tall, double-paned glass windows rendered the room completely sound proof. Remarkable! Breakfast was very generous and served in the basement of the building. The staff were very warm and welcoming and always extremely helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful part of Madrid, close to many really good restaurants, excellent shopping opportunities and right near the Alonso Martínez Metro Station with 3 lines running through it. We would stay at the Hotel Sardinero again in a heartbeat!

Small rooms but comfy. Complimentary water but empty minibar, so if you want an extra drink you need to visit the bar downstairs, where service is very slow. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (there is machine on the hallway) and no slippers, which was a bit weird since it presets itself as a 4 star hotel. Nice terrace at the top floor, but empty and has no service, so one cannot really use it. The location of the hotel is its biggest plus. There are a number of nice cafes nearby and relatively close to main tourist attractions

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
