Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sarova! The rooms were impeccable, clean, and comfortable. Although the place itself was amazing, it was the friendly staff that really blew us away - especially the chefs Damaris and Douglas! They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the food, and chef Douglas also took special requests and delivered well beyond our expectations. We also really appreciated Rolex who kept the rooms neat, zipped up the windows, and put a mosquito net up each evening. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Mara!!!

Very nice hotel with a friendly and hospitable staff felt welcomed from the first minute. Beautiful territory with a view into Masai Mara animal world. Special thank to BRYAN KAI who gave us the best entertainment when we couldn’t go for safari and stayed in the hotel he made our day by introducing to us an archery, playing with us table tennis and the billiard as well as teaching us some local movements so that we really enjoyed our time in the hotel and had a lot of fun!

I visited the camp in October for my birthday and the service my family and I received was exceptional and especially so from Edwin and Damaris. The way you guys went above and beyond to make my birthday special will forever melt my heart. I am very grateful to you both and I hope you know how deeply your kindness, attention to detail and overall exceptional service made such a great impact to us. Thank you to Jackson and the team for such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this camp because the service is beyond exceptional. Thank you guys.

Very friendly staff, beautiful grounds. The food was amazing! The tents far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very accommodating and just happy to help. Highly recommend this property for your safari vacation. The Masai Mara people also put on a very nice cultural show.

Echo what everyone else has said, an amazing place to stay! A big shout out to the female head chef who did everything to ensure that my vegan dietary requirements were met! A wonderful team of people. A great experience sleeping in a tent amongst nature.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
