We had a nice stay in an upstairs room, it was a traditional Thai style. The pool was beautiful and the best sunsets. The staff at reception were amazing, at the restaurant the staff were very preoccupied by their phones and often ignored us, mostly when we needed something. Drinks were very expensive and topped with the bad service we were disappointed. At least sunsets were great. Careful on the beach it’s not good at all for swimming, it’s dirty, shallow and lots to cut your feet on.

We booked a transfer through the Hotel to Ko Pha Ngan where they would pick us up and take us to the ferry. We waited for more than 2 hours and they never came to pick us up. The hotel staff (with poor English) called the agency to ask what was happening and the only thing they repeatedly told us was “they will arrive in 10 minutes.” With a lot of frustration after waiting for 2 hours, I asked the receptionist where the port was so we could go directly there. To our surprise the port was 5 minutes from the Hotel!! Staff with no common sense who should have told us from the beginning and we could have walked! very bad experience and poor communication from the hotel staff.

Loved staying at this place! 🫶Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we had pleasant stay here chilling by the ocean and having food and drinks….also to spend sometime by the pool is also best thing to do here..food are also yum🤤😋

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant area is a great spot to watch sunset. The rainshower was amazing, the AC worked well. The complimentary floating breakfast was a huge highlight! They booked our ferry for us & the taxi price was similar to what we saw on grab. The downside was that our bed in room 205 was almost as hard as sleeping on the floor and there were lots of little openings in the walls for bugs and cigarette smoke to get into your room.

One of my favourite places to stay in Thailand. A very quiet small resort, with a beautiful pool and a nice restaurant. The bungalows were very spacious, the WiFi worked well. The staff is very nice and always helpful. The beach is not the best, as it's shallow and you would have to go very far to swim.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
