Nice apartment with 2 beautiful swimming pools, good staff service and nice food. Equipped with kitchenware and washing machines suitable for a slightly longer stay. Breakfast is included in room fare and can be consumed flexibly from morning till 5pm catering for different needs, very customer friendly. The only thing is they don’t provide shuttle bus service but it’s mentioned on their website.

This destination can be a paradise for some, while others may find certain aspects challenging. **Positives:** - **Incredible Design:** The aesthetic appeal of the place is undeniable. It's beautifully crafted, ensuring a visually pleasing experience. - **Spacious Accommodations:** The rooms are generously sized, providing ample space for relaxation. - **Well-Equipped Kitchen:** The inclusion of a washing machine along with a well-equipped kitchen adds a touch of home comfort. - **Luxurious Shower and Pool Access:** The large shower and direct access to the pool are standout features that enhance the overall experience. - **Friendly Staff:** The staff's warmth and friendliness contribute significantly to the pleasant atmosphere. - **Decent Food:** While not a culinary revelation, the food is visually appealing and satisfactory in quality. **Minor Issues:** - **Coffee Quality:** The coffee offered doesn't match the standard of the other amenities. - **TV Quality:** The TV in the room, in contrast to other appliances, is of poor quality. **Major Concern - Soundproofing and Wifi** - The major drawback is the inadequate soundproofing. Spacious accommodation and nice. There are well equipped. For common area, there are two swimming pools, gym, sauna and library. In-room, there are kitchen and washing machine. The room is very cozy and comfortable. The best part is their attentive service. Really recommend, especially for long stay.

My apartment was as gorgeous as the picture! However I don’t think all rooms are the same. The apartments which are managed by Brown Starling are in good shape however apartments which are self managed ARE NOT. They are terrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
