Bahia is an ideal family spot, featuring a well-adorned waterpark with a tropical vibe. The pools, housed under a spacious glass dome amid lush plants, create a pleasant atmosphere for all ages. Waterslides, jets, and whirlpools offer hours of fun. A nearby restaurant, accessible via a staircase, lets parents keep an eye on their kids while enjoying a meal with easy payments using wristbands. However, cleanliness around the pool and a sense of overcrowding could be improved. Noise levels may also impact the overall relaxation. If you're after a few hours of excitement at a waterpark, Bahia comes highly recommended, though be mindful of potential noise and crowds affecting tranquility.

Excellent facilities and super friendly staff! Could maybe do with a few more slides as there were only 2 usable with the other 2 boarded up or not in use. However, this is more of a suggestion than a complaint as the 2 slides they did have were very fun. Overall great experience!

On a Friday not a lot of people and everything is open. The swimming pool is big, clean and has many things to do. The price is good as well. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Great place! It has a lot: * Indoor and outdoor swimming pool * Multiple water slides * Restaurant * Tanning beds (under IR light) * Chairs all over, even on a busy day you can usually find an empty chair It's a great pool to bring kids, plenty of parts with shallow water. Only downside is that it's kind of expensive.

Really nice waterpark. Just big enough to be fun, but not so big that it was too full of people. Very clean. Food at the cafe was good, but we recommend eating outside. It's like a sauna on the cafe floor. The shop sells everything you or your kids may want or need or had forgotten.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
