For a 3 star hotel, its services are within expected range. The location is right at the heart of the shopping street. Very near to the Myeongdong train station. Will definitely go here again

Perfect location, right in the heart of Myeongdong shopping district! Rooms are smaller size but the staff service is world class! Very grateful to Ms. Kim, Savoy’s General Manager, who went above and beyond to help us book our trip to Jeju Island. Such a wonderful gesture from her part. Other staff are also helpful and kind. I am glad I made the right choice staying at this awesome hotel. We will always come back and recommend Savoy Hotel Myeongdong to family and friends. Update: We’d like to give kudos to Mr. Oh as well (night front desk). Reception is closed from 2:30am to 4:30am and told him about our predicament and he helped us by opening for us earlier than schedule just so we can check out early so that we could catch our train to Mokpo and ferry to Jeju. He even booked taxi for us. We are grateful beyond words for these people who went out of their way to help us. Kamsahamnida! (감사합니다)

This is one of the more affordable and value for money hotel with self service laundry, cafe and convenient store located near the entrance. Location is at the heart of Myeongdong with many food and shopping options around the area. Do take note to enter by the front entrance opposite Orange Mart on the same lane as Nature Republic especially on the day of arrival with luggage. We went to the back lane and became confused for a while as they labelled another empty shop space as their hotel. Think they intend to expand the hotel in the future. Nearest subway exit 6 but there were no elevator so we went up by exit 9. Airport bus from Gimpo airport to Myeongdong has been suspended so we had to take AREX and transfer to subway at Seoul station. Heading back to Incheon airport is fortunately a breeze via airport bus near exit 9.

The best location in Myeongdong, very near to subway station. Room was very spacious. However the staff speaks only standard english related to check-in/out processes and requesting something (toiletries and so on). They cleaned the room once every two days.

If you paid for breakfast with your hotel booking, then it's a choice of continental/western waffle, sausage, egg or Korean porridge breakfast at the 2nd floor coffee Cafe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
