This served as a better than average hotel for my visit. It's near to the beach, shopping and transportation. Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly plus the front desk speaks English when you Portuguese is a bit questionable. The price was beyond fair, plus I don't need the glitz and glamour of higher price hotels. It's clean, safe and secure. It's very close to a high variety of restaurants of all sizes to spend money on to enjoy the outstanding food in the area.

Keep in mind that the city of Rio is 15-20 years past it's prime. Hotel Savoy, like most others, is in dire need of renovation. Additionally, it seems that Brazil was never exactly known for artisans. "Finishing" seems to be a foreign concept. Gaps in trim on walls, counters and the like are pretty normal, even in "luxury" accommodations. This hotel, however, is not luxurious. With that said, the room with a double bed is tiny. The bed barely fits. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors every word. The "courtyard" view was more of an alley. The walls near the AC vents were painted black, which, I can only assume was done to mask a mold or mildew problem. The bathroom was small as well. The good. Service was very good. From check-in (They let me check in around 11), luggage storage, room service and any issues were dealt with quickly and politely. The water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. The breakfast buffet was decent. The AC worked. The rooms have a mini-fridge. Overall, it's fair. If you're looking for a room near the beach at a reasonable price this hotel might be right for you. It's a room, not much more.

This hotel is exactly as advertised. Nothing too fancy, but it's not the worst either. The front desk and bell hop was very nice. I ate breakfast while my room was being prepared.The bathroom was clean for the most part. It also had a bidet. I'm also not sure if face towels are used here but I was expecting them. The room itself was huge. It also had a separate sitting area with a table and chairs and also a couch. The bed is comfortable and other than a couple loose hairs, was clean. Overall I'm satisfied with hotel but in the future I would try and pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

Good service and staff. This hotel is located 5 minutes away from Copacabana Beach and many amazing restaurants around. There's all you can eat breakfast with freshly squeezed juice (usually grape and orange), eggs, ham, fruits, sausages or bacon, good coffee, etc. Room for 2 people has a very big bed and a fairly sized shower. 1 person room has a tiny shower however.

My home for a week. Great reception staff with a willingness to help, eager to go the extra mile making our stay pleasant. They spoke the best English of all people we'd met in Brazil. The breakfast catered well with a variety of cereals, hot coffee and fresh fruit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
