The staff were polite,supportive and they had beautiful smile all the time, they tried to meet all our needs.the room was clean and well equipped. the kitchenette was exactly what we wanted,feel like home. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious.the hotels location was excellent due to its proximity to the metro. It would be great if the pool could be used after 8 pm. Overall it was a great stay for us and I highly recommend it.

Mr Jasveer and all other from Savoy Park Apartment Hotel was extremely polite and dedicated to providing wonderful customer service to all customers. His professionalism is outstanding. Staff surely make a difference in making a stay pleasant.Also hotel is fully equipped with all needs. Feel like Home.

Amazing experience at Savoy Park Hotel Apartments, Homely experience. All the staff is extremely supportive from reception people to the room cleaning staff. They make you feel very comfortable. Special mention of Mr Niraj, who took special care of each guest personally with his sweet smile. Stayed here for 6 days with my family. Enjoyed every bit. Highly recommended...!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Savoy park hotel park, and I must say, it was an incredible experience primarily due to its exceptional location and the wonderful staff. Location (5/5): One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city made exploring the area a breeze. The convenience of being close to all the major attractions enhanced the overall stay, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Staff Service (5/5): The true highlight of my stay was the staff's warm and accommodating nature. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness to every need and their willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable stay truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any inquiries, the staff's kindness and dedication were commendable. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the impeccable service delivered by the hotel staff. Mahesh, the hotel receptionist, was an absolute delight. His welcoming demeanor and attentive assistance made check-in smooth and hassle-free. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my queries were promptly addressed, offering valuable suggestions about places to visit and dine in the area. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
