pretty sure all the other marvellous reviews are fake because our rooms were filthy… not sure if the housekeeping just had bad eyesight or what but even after requesting for a re-clean there was still a lot of hair and debris in the room? carpet wasn’t vacuumed in ages i suppose and sheets were stained, even after rounds of room cleaning every day. overall just kinda dirty but the bed was comfy though? and conveniently located across the street from a really good bakmie shop

NOT WORTH IT. Stayed at Sawana Suites for 2 weeks, I do not recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable, hygienic stay. I was a given a room that was very dirty and did not seem like it was cleaned at all. The bedsheets were covered in dust, hair, old blood stains... Even when I asked them to change my sheets 3 times, the new ones were also stained and disgusting. The bathroom smelled of sewage and had mould growing, the towels and bathmats were stained black like someone had trampled on them. When I told the staff, they did not seem to care and told me that it is because the building is old. After being appalled at how dirty my room was, I asked the staff for a room change. However, I was shocked to see that all the 3 other rooms I inspected were equally disgusting. Every bathroom was mouldy. The good thing is that the stay was cheap for the location. It is a good location for those who need to visit central Jakarta for a few days. Another good thing was they provided 2 bottled drinking water per room clean. Just book another hotel!

Location wise is strategic, close to gbk and senayan. For the cheaper type of room, room 208 especially has a weird smell with naphthalene balls inside the toilet. Curtains are not too clean. Bed sheets have some stains.

The room was ok, I stayed in the 4th floor its very noisy bcoz same floor with a cafe, loud music all the time hard to get a quiet rest, book another room on the second floor the room was nice and more peaceful. The parking lot was too small. The cleaning service even tho came to ur room every day never mop n sweep the floor, n they didnt clean the bed juz move the blanket to cover ur sleepin side.

Didnt expect this hotel would be so great. Clean and nice room, helpful staff, and excellent service. I got some free food too delivered to the bedroom.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
