Hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled good, Staff was more than helpful and courteous. The rooms windows open to a great view of some island landscape. Offers assistance with boat transfer and motorbike rental without any hassle or scams 5/5

Very good value for a fair price! This guesthouse is at a very good location indeed! Near to all the nice restaurants at the beach but still very quiet and away from heavy traffic. I liked it a lot! I had a nice clean room with balcony,own hot shower,fridge,free coffe and tea! Cleaning every 3 days and free toiletry items and towels. The AC worked great! That is all i needed to have a really good 8 nights in Rawai. Shops and Restaurants are near, for everything else you will need a motorbike anyways! You can rent a motorbike from the owner too.The owner is always around and improves things and he is very helpful. I will come again!

Would have been a 4 star review had the management not charged me for the faulty door lock. I reported the problem with the lock after staying with them for a few days. It was clearly caused by general wear and tear or had a manufacturers fault but never the less the manager and owner insisted I pay for a new door lock and then threatened to call the police if I didn't comply. The hotel it's self was a nice place to stay but customer service was terrible. I had been warned about the staff here before by a friend but thought it was simply a one off incident. I was wrong

I can only highly recommend this accommodation. The owner is very polite and nice. Everything worked wonderfully during check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean and very good for the price. I give it 5 stars. Thank you for a good time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
