Very good value for the money paid. It's a newer construction. There was an issue with the window, it wouldn't close and they had to assign us a different room on the second night of our stay. The window issue happened in another room we booked as well, it seems like a defective design. The elevators are very fast. The gym is good. The breakfast is very good and has lots of options. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar staff not so much, and the "restaurant" in the evening is terrible. There is no table service, you have to order food at the bar, the food is terrible. The rooms are small but comfortable and quiet.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The rooms are large and modern and if you book a Superior room you will have access to the Livingroom (like a lounge at the top floor) and get a free minibar (even though they didn't mention this at the reception, but I figured it out). The view is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious, with many options available. I also really liked the gym, it's quite large for a hotel gym and well equipped. However, I didn't like their cleaning policy. I understand the sustainability goal and the fact that you don't clean the rooms every day, as it may not even be necessary but they could do as little as take out the trash or make the bed which takes a couple of minutes. Considering this is a 4 star hotel and the rooms are very expensive I expect that this comes by default, without the guest having to go to the reception every time to book a cleaning service. Also the room lacked some toiletries which are very basic for 4 star most hotels.

We held a multi-day meeting at the hotel (group of 70 people). The team at the hotel are outstanding. Everything is so new - WiFi absolutely rock solid and high speed. Breakfast, lunch and meeting spaces including extensive breakout areas made our event a great success. Thank you, Kim and the team at Scandic Hafenpark 👍👍👍.

My family love this hotel! It is not only a great location with clean rooms, but the customer service we received from the reception to the restaurant staff was superb. The gym and sauna were great amenities. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious with many options to choose from. Location is within minutes from the boardwalk of Main River and multiple bus stops and train stop.

Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, but I was impressed with how the room was comfortable and very clean. I love the location, it's near the river and close to some nice sceneries. There was some construction near the hotel, but it wasn't noisy or disruptive. Great location with walkable places and sites.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
