Room was spacious and felt quite new with a large and comfortable bed and a nice view. Facilities, bathrooms were great. Area seemed dodgy and we felt unsafe walking to and from the hotel. Breakfast was too expensive to include so we opted against it (22 euro per person) Hotel itself was nice and if it were in a better area I would book again however the location would turn me off booking here again.

Amazing hotel, with lovely staff and a fantastic breakfast, but. 4 stars for the rooms as the safe didn't have any power, the stand alone lights bulb was gone and the light fitting on the side of the bed was hanging out. To be fair to the hotel I didn't raise these issues while I was there but I think if there wasn't such a strange cleaning regime they would have been picked up these things. The hotel only cleans on request and only if you request before 11am and when we did they didn't clean.. I know it sounds like a small thing but I think the difference between a hotel and air B&B is the rooms are served and that is why there is a difference in the price... So if I'm paying hotel prices I am expecting hotel service

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms were amazing, especially if you were at the top floors. The hotel is very close to the city centre, and walk distance to the main station. Especially i liked the small shop inside the hotel. Very cute.

The hotel boasts modern and sleek interiors, complemented by eco-friendly amenities. Guests can appreciate the spectacular city views from some rooms (higher floors) and enjoy the a decent diverse breakfast buffet. However, like any city center hotel, the surrounding area can be noisy at times & scary at night. Ideal for culture enthusiasts and business travelers alike.

Nice hotel - adequate & clean for a one night stay. It's nearby the river so that made a nice walk to the old town of ~10-15 min. The parking was €45 in the underground lot (didn't take credit card, for us we had to pay exact change in bills).

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
