Stayed at 2 bedroom suite and we love it. Can fit up to 6 person. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite and friendly. Many potholes and uneven road leading to hotel as construction is going on nearby. The road is also very dark at night. Other than external issue, the hotel itself is great place to stay.

Overall, the environment is good. Room is clean and the staffs are friendly. What make us feel uncomfortable is the bathroom which the door is sliding and not lockable. The worst is we can see through the half transparent glass from the bed when someone is taking the shower in the bathroom. We tried to turn of the light but still can be seen and fell insecure while taking the shower. The management should take serious attention towards this and this privacy concern. No privacy at all. If you don't believe what i have experienced, you can take a look at the photos i have uploaded. Will never consider to revisit again.

We stayed one night over the weekend in a triple room, with one king size bed and one super single bed, and we really like it. Location wise it's not the best as it was actually mid-hill and it will be quite troublesome if you do not have your own transport. The hotel and the rooms are new, modern, and clean. Breakfast was nice, considering the price was very affordable and reasonable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genting.

I love the location as it's away from the crowds. It's midway up the hill from Resorts World Genting. Driving here is best since the only dining option is their restaurant, but the food is quite good. Otherwise you'd have to order Grab, but choice is limited. To go up to Resorts World Genting or the Genting Premium Outlets, you can book the hotel shuttle service for a fee. When we returned, I couldn't get a Grab so I'm thankful I had the hotel number. I called and they rescued us by driving up to pick us up and drop us back. So grateful for them - otherwise we'd have been stuck up there! One minor issue - the rooms aren't very soundproof. You can hear people walking and talking in the halls. I could even hear my neighbor's shower.

Beautiful and new hotel with good service and staff was really friendly. All process went smoothly and parking lot had security guard monitoring. Swimming pool was quite big and spacious. Breakfast served on timely manner and lots of variety was given.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
