Above our expectation! everything was perfect for our short stay, will definitely come back. Room and bathroom large, very clean with all the comforts. Breakfast excellent and the service team was superb, attention to detail is their key! you need to pay a visit to their Stradivari Restaurant! spectacular!

Very professional. Clean rooms, quality fittings, serviced like clockwork. Very pleasant meeting area supervised by the concierge and the reception staff. Guests can have visitors as long as ID is presented if attending the hotel rooms. The rooms are fitted with electronic safes which are really handy for travel documents and other valuables. The breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 which gives plenty of time for all guests needs. It also allows for a reasonable variety of food tastes. The dynamic of the traditional hotels lives in this place.

Very nice hotel very close to Centrale, metro, local bars and shops. Spotlessly clean rooms, which are of very good size. Exceptional shower in our room, plus we had a balcony with view towards Centrale. Bed was fantastic, comfy with memory foam like pillows. Flawless sleep. Breakfast on point, lovely selection of pastries, cakes, juices and fruit. Minimal hot selection, however no issue from us with that. Would stay again. Star off rating as hotel did not respond to an email pre arrival and when we left no 'thank you/ how was your stay' from front desk. Small matters sure, not enough to put me off or recommending to others.

This is an established 4-star hotel close to Milano Centrale. In a quiet area. There is a small supermarket right next to the hotel. There was a woman at the front desk. I can't remember her name, but I remember she was also mentioned in a hotel review on booking.com. She was very professional and friendly. Hotel breakfast is very like, variety, clean and tidy. Our room looks the same as the picture we saw on booking.com. The room is a good size, full of heating. There is also an extensive minibar in the room. When we checked out on the last day, because we had to catch an early train to continue our journey, the hotel provided a packed breakfast, which was not very good, but consisted of a few cookies and a yogurt. If only breakfast could be better packed. By the way, this hotel is elegant European style. The old feel.

I think 4* is the perfect rating for this hotel. The location and value are really good. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. They have a vintage look to them, without feeling old. They are well equipped, the AC was really good. The hotel is well connected, near the Centrale FS station which means you can get to the main attractions easily by taking the subway. A couple low points that made me not give this place a 5* rating are related to small inconveniences we faced: - initially, we didn't have enough towels, we only got one towel (this was remedied by the daily housekeeping, without us asking) - we wanted to have a drink at the hotel bar, but we were sent to the restaurant on the top floor. When we got to the restaurant, we were refused on the grounds of them only serving drinks with food. I think hotel staff should be more in sync with these types of policies. - the rooms are a bit too noisy for our liking, you can hear passers-by clearly - nit: the shower gel/shampoo/etc. are provided in big, refillable bottles. We much prefer the type that come in smaller containers, but understandably, this option is more eco-friendly. Perhaps at least providing higher quality products would have gone a long away. - the private parking is on the expensive side, at 30 euro / day Overall, I think we would book this place again, despite the low points listed above because of the good value.
