        The hotel has an amazing view for now, there are a few buildings around that will pop-up soon :) The rooms are very nice, maybe a little noisier, and the most amazing thing is the pool at the 47th floor. I recommended it!

        This hotel wants to pretend to be a highlight, but it is the biggest scam. The staff are unfriendly and laugh at you at reception. You only get a key without which you can't use the elevator. As a group it is therefore impossible to do separate activities in the city. Even the porter won't send you upstairs without a key. When three of us arrived, as booked in advance, there was only bedding for 2 people and a third was only brought the next morning. The pool could not be used at night either. The next day I wanted to go to the pool after fitness, at noon, which was forbidden again due to cleaning work. Why don't they clean the pool at night after 10 when it's closed anyway? In addition, you have to wait an incredibly long time for the elevators and are slow to get out of the building. At check out it took us 15 minutes to get from our room on the 17th floor to the lobby. Absolutely poor and inappropriate for the price and the image conveyed by the hotel. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

        Deadly dangerous 🚫❌ we was given the room with NAKED ELECTRICITY CABLE It went all sparkles and fire smell - short voltage when we arrived . And you know what? Hotel owner wanted to hide it just with a picture on a wall. Luckily we are safe but it took them almost 1 hour to solve this problem. Awful service. And it’s not like a 20$ guesthouse.

        My stay at this Airbnb was truly delightful. From the speedy check-in and check-out process to the cozy, well-designed one-bedroom studio equipped with every necessity, including an iron, hairdryer, and wine glasses, it left a positive impression. While overall cleanliness was satisfactory, an extra touch on the floors with floor cleaner would enhance it. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to KL's top attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers, plus a variety of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. However, it's important to note that there's a RM5 parking access fee, and it's advisable to check out a bit earlier due to the limited availability of just four elevators.

        Lousy customer service, lack of communication and very rude reception staff On arrival the rooms were dirty with food scraps and dirty sheets. The only way to communicate with them is through online platforms (booking, etc.) so there is no option for instant and normal communication. I complained about the state of the room and the response was nil. Honestly, the apartments are well located since it is a few minutes from the twin towers, but leaving aside this factor they must improve many other things. The rooms are modern as the building is quite new, but the rooms are dirty.
