        These lunatics don’t deserve to be in business!! The absolute worst stay most stressful experience of our 9 month round the world trip Dirty room. Rude. Crowded noisey pool. Horrendous. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They put us in room when we paid an apartment so we could have a table. They were so rude and so unhelpful, texting at all hours. The room wasn’t properly clean. There were no cups or glasses at all. When we asked for some cups they brought these terrible plastic things and because we complained about our overall experience to Booking THEN LIED AND SAID WE STOLE SOME CROKERY?!!?! Why on earth would we steal your awful plastic cup and scratched out pan?

        We had booked a "junior suite" here for a week, which was on floor 43a. What's really good here is the location so close to the klcc you can also walk to bukit bintang within 20-25 minutes.  What I didn't like was that there are only 4 elevators for the residents.  It was not uncommon for us to stand in front of the elevator for 20 minutes until one came.  In addition, the walls here are very noisy.  The cleaning of the rooms wasn't very good.  We still had to do it ourselves and are now not very fussy.  But we still had leftover food in the fridge and only a poorly cleaned kitchenette and bathroom. The shower gel dispenser was empty when we arrived, we were told that if we commission a cleaning that costs us money it will be filled up... why wasn't it filled up during the cleaning beforehand??? There is also a small lack of equipment, there are no more clothes racks and not a single hanger and really only the minimal amount of crockery. But the bed was very comfortable.

        I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had during my stay at your Scarletz Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur . Until now, there are no one's email reply with me. My concerns are as follows: 1. Despite our room reservation including slippers, we were informed upon inquiry that slippers were unavailable due to stock shortages. This discrepancy is unacceptable, considering the inclusion of slippers in our room rate. 2. The front desk staff displayed extreme rudeness when approached with our concerns. Instead of addressing the issues, they responded unprofessionally and redirected us to the accommodation provider for problem resolution. 3. The purpose of in-room phones was unclear, and the staff failed to provide assistance or solutions when we discovered the phones were non-functional. Their dismissive attitude added to the overall frustration. 4. Reporting hallway stains resulted in an unexpected response, with staff claiming no responsibility for cleaning and advising us to contact security. It was surprising to learn that, according to them, security personnel are responsible for corridor cleanliness. 5. An attempt to address these issues via phone was abruptly terminated, leaving me with unresolved concerns and a lack of communication. In summary, my experience at your accommodation was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of accountability and poor service attitude exhibited by various staff members is concerning and has undoubtedly led to my worst travel experience.

        Very bad elevator situation. You most likely will be waiting for lift most of the time. Queue for elevator is extremely crazy! Seriously, you will regret once you rent here. You also get one key per renting, so it is difficult to split up if you have work. You will need to ask your partner to come pick you up, and again the elevator situation is crazy!

        The location is good ,just 10 mints walk to Petronas Tower and Surya Emborium.The room was beautiful , got it on 41st floor so the view of the city was amazing. There is an infinity pool on 48th floor. There is also a small cafe in the lobby on ground floor for some coffee and snacks. There is a nice Israel cafe next door for some good food options.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
