Boutique hotel that is full of amenities. The terrace with the pool has a beautiful view of the city. Our room was spacious with a coffee machine. The gym was among the best that I’ve seen at a boutique hotel in Europe. The bar was open late so we enjoyed drinks with friends there later in the evening. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. It also is an art hotel so there are interesting works of art throughout. It’s a 5 min walk to the city center and right by the funicular up to the top of the hill with beautiful views.

Although this is a wonderful hotel in a great position, we did not feel welcome when we arrived. Little did we realise it is owened by the owner of Red Bull and we walked in wearing our Mercedes team shirts. We were glared at by (we believe to be the owner's Daughter). And after asking politely if we could eat some lunch we'd bought in the seating area, the same women made a point of telling us in front of other guests that we were not allowed to eat brought in food. Not in a very nice way. We'd been travelling since 3 a.m. that morning and we were extremely tired and hungry so we asked the staff politely if we could eat there and they were so very helpful, even offering us a plate to ear on. We did however buy drinks at the bar whilst waiting. Although this hotel has the most amazing Staff ever, this woman spoilt our stay for us as we bumped into her most days. Would not stay here again but if you're a Red Bull Fan then this hotel is for you! I'm sure you'd get a much better welcome!

The hotel is in a convenient location to old town and other sites. The hotel was really nice, room was spacious and nicely decorated with modern art pieces. The hotel also had a pretty cool terrace with many levels and more artwork! We'd recommend a stay here while in Graz.

As I saw hotels from other place this hotel is not good. I couldn’t get heat during the nights because of heater didn’t work well. I said responsible guy but there was solution only if I paid more… I stayed moreless two weeks. Good things; Breakfast Internet Room cleaning Bad things; Heating of rooms. Old rooms Sometimes smiles workers Small rooms Heavy metallic keys Old furnitures Unreal stars as a hotel. Anyway I don’t understood why people gave more good score… If you select this hotel from comments by google, you can make bad selection.
