Very noisy and crowdy guests, especially during breakfast time. Congestion often happen on the 2 small lifts. Room is OK and spacious. Within reasonable walking distance to MRT station, 2 malls across the road nearby, lots of eateries and night market nearby.

Located in western part of Bangkok, noisy and crowdy guest in the morning, especially during breakfast time. Congestion often happen on the 2 small elevator. Room is clean and acceptable. Within reasonable walking distance to MRT station, 2 malls across the road nearby, lots of eateries and night market nearby. About 10 minutes by motorcycle to the east, you can reach various attractive place worth visiting like the Royal Palace, Sanam Luang or picturesque view in front of Ministry of Defense, etc.

Terrible hotel. Only deserve 2 star (not 3 star as advertised). Small room, small window, small toilet, low ceiling. Wifi cannot be used (similar to another hotel I went to in Pattaya). They took too many guests so their 2 elevators were always overload. Why build so many rooms if your elevators can only load 6 people? We had to wait 15 min for elevator at breakfast hour. Many people got angry waiting and took the stairs instead. Lobby has very few seats, many people have to stand around. Imagine 2 to 3 group checking in at the same time. All and all, not worth visiting. Please avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The air conditioner temperature is not correct. Broken faucet not replaced, sewer smelly. In short, this hotel cannot be 3 stars

Clean room, bathroom and linen .. everything worked as intended. Quick laundry service at reasonable prices. Helpful front desk who agreed a day-let to 6pm and obliging lobby staff if you need a taxi. Small but attractive clean outdoor pool at 3rd floor level.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
