We loved staying here! Our room was ready early, which was greatly appreciated after an early morning flight. Beds were comfy and room was spotless. Everything you needed was included! Appreciated the extra touches made possible by the hotel employees including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recommendations for local restaurants. Rooms even came with eating utensils and toaster. Cute area and close to the beach and other great spots such as the Water Taxi spot and many restaurants. The staff was so great!

We stayed for 2 nights the room was spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped for basic self catering. We had a fridge and freezer too. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing with various heads. The staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

We pulled up to this hotel later at night. My wife picked this place based on the good reviews. When we pulled in, we looked at each other wondering if we’d arrived at the Bates Motel. We had never been to Fort Lauderdale. We got out reluctantly to check in wondering if we’d call and cancel before seeing the rooms. The guy who checked us in knew his job well. We took our one room car (proxy card) and went to room 111. We walked past a small but clean looking pool. It had a lift for getting wheelchair bound people into the pool which I thought was very thoughtful. When we entered the room we were completely surprised! The rooms were very nice. We had improperly judged a book by its cover on this one. My wife told me the other hotels were much more expensive. Our room was very spacious. You could tell that they try to keep this place up while trying to keep their prices affordable. An example of this would be one of my pillow cases. It had several holes in it near the edge. I’d rather had a slightly tattered but clean pillow case and save significantly on the room price. We would absolutely stay here again. After a few days here the place really grew on us. We never once heard sounds from any other rooms. We were in walking distance to the beach. It might not look like much on the outside surrounded by expensive hotels but don’t overlook its value and charm.

Short walk to the beach and the room was very nice. Hotel has an older beach vibe and is in very good condition. I would stay again. Price was excellent for a Friday night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
