I had the pleasure of spending a week at this amazing and comfortable hotel in Cape Town. It is located 1 min walking from the beach in the coolest area of the city, full of local shops, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is the best! very tasty, with fresh juices, home made bread, local products and you can choose from a very rich menu. The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything you need, the rooms have stunning ocean and mountain views, you can literally see both sides of the city from the penthouse room - just perfect. Sunsets are great and romantic, you can just enjoy every bits of them from your bed. The rooms are perfectly clean and equipped with everything and the pool is perfect to relax. If you’re in Cape Town, you can’t miss this place, I will be back for sure! Thanks Sea Five for making my stay so special.

We had an incredible 4 night stay for our honeymoon. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel is beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed a couple of evenings tucked under the blankets avoiding the rain. On the evenings we went out we were welcomed back to dressing gowns and chocolate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to the beach and to the Camps Bay strip with all her shops and coffee shops but in a very quite and safe area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable with a stunning view on the sea or on the mountains. The atmosphere is very chic and relaxed. At breakfast they serve home made delicious food: from sweet to savory there’s anything you can wish for!

Seafive is just amazing! It is located in one of the best areas of Cape Town- it is between the Ocean (the beach is 100m from the hotel) and Table Mountain national park. I stayed in the ocean front room and I could hear the sound of the ocean as I fell asleep. The room was very big, super clean, the bathtub with seaview was very special. The hotel is furnished with italian taste- very chic! Breakfast is home made with a buffet (fruit, yogurt, juices, home made bread and cakes) and hot dishes to choose from (french toast and mushroom toast are incredible!) The pool is very big and the sunbeds are so comfortable (I never wanted to leave the pool). 100% recommended, the only hotel I will every stay in when I am in cape town

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
