Some changes can be done in the shower area. There’s no stand for it to hold. You have to hold the shower in your hand and bath. Also the shower is so small, the curtain touches the body and doesn’t feel nice. Other than this it was a nice hotel. The receptionist I forgot her name is such a nice girl. She helped us a lot.

The good: Staff and cleaning service were excellent. The reception provided excellent info about Santorini. Clean rooms The hotel is around 10 to 15 mins from the center and bus station. The bad: Very noisy airco in need of maintenance and repair. Uncomfortable beds (hard, springs could be felt through the fabric). The shower is small and without any shower head holder on the wall. The pool is very small

Nice location, easy accessibility by car with parking facility. Receptionist Esmeralda was very helpful. She told us all the places to visit and helped with our booking as well. Cute pool is available on site.

Basic hotel. Clean. Friendly receptionist who asked, 'would you like to go to your room first or get some information first?- And then gave us a map and explained where supermarket, restaurants etc are. Shower is tiny and shower head is not attached to wall but hand held. Tiny space, with shower curtain that clings persistently. Cold water in fridge. Small.pool but oh so nice after a hot day. At the bottom os hill and road is gravelly, which I didn't enjoy.

Comfortable room with nice bed and pillows. Receptionist was friendly too. Wifi and AC worked great. Only minus was they wrote down and gave me the wrong room when I checked in late and I had to bother a couple who were already in the room. Another minus is the curtains and door let in light, so if you are sensitive to light when sleeping you will definitely need an eye mask to sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
