We booked for a month stay but was shortened. We’ve checked in @ past 8 pm. We saw bathroom filthy. Shower walls and shower curtain gross, faucet has black calcium deposits, toilet seat with yellow stain and the next morning we saw fruit flies on the wall, table, sink. We asked to have it cleaned but the fruit flies is not resolved. We asked to be transferred but said not a guarantee if we would like it because even Tower D has cockroaches. Ericsson was rude and shouted at us instead of placating the dissatisfaction and inconveniences we have experienced. We were on the phone at past 11 pm with Agoda to cancel our stay and check out the following 3rd day. Agoda will refund the unused days but Ericsson who didn’t give the receipt he promised to give us, didn’t give back the 2k cash deposit. We waited at the lobby with the two ladies (one is a cleaning lady) who gave us a run- around then, later each disappeared one at a time when we asked them to give us a bill for what they claimed we needed to pay for the third day when in fact we can’t check out because we were held on the phone with Agoda customer service @ past 11 pm. The awful experiences we have is very clear that we cannot recommend this place to my family, relatives and friends.

We had an awful stay in this place, we were told that there’s a shower and a hair dryer to use but non of them is working, the bathroom barely flushes, they take 2k pesos for a deposit and then don’t return it back telling us that the toilet that barely works is clog and that they have keep the 2k deposit, Our agent Miguel was not very helpful at all, on top of that employees downstairs at the main reception was rude and will not help you at all to any questions you ask, my 18 year old daughter went to use the bathroom downstairs while waiting for our taxi, a tall man that works there at 7am on September 1, 2023 knocking on the door screaming outside the door to hurry up! We complained to them downstairs at the reception later and told them that they are very rude and all they did was laughing at us, no customer service whatsoever, we will not stay in this place ever again, I will tell everyone I know that goes to Manila not stay in this place.
