Stayed in the main hotel area (not bungalows). Such a fantastic stay. Staff were super sweet. Beautiful beach and pool for the price. Our security guard at the beach was a sweetheart and helped me grab some loungers everyday. Buffet breakfast was great for the price. The hotel is right in a main touristy area but away from all the noise. I would 100% go back.

We really loved our stay here at Sea Star. We got a “standard room” one of the garden bungalows. The garden is absolutely beautiful. It was so quiet, very little foot traffic but still close to the pool, beach and restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was big! I noticed that Sea Star pool and beach area was the most well-maintained and most beautiful of the beach front hotels. There are beautiful palm trees along the Sea Star beach area that other beach front hotels didn’t seem to have. Other guests were quiet and respectful which made our stay even more pleasant. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly! The hotel is situated in a great spot for exploring nearby cafes and restaurants, and there are fun water activities further along the beach if you walk about 15 minutes. Overall this hotel was a great choice for us and we will be coming back next year!

The rooms are clean and the service is very good, but there are two issues. The breakfast options for vegetarians are not good; they should improve the menu. It should be prohibited for Europeans to reserve beach chairs so early before having breakfast (specifically Europeans because it's a typical behavior of theirs). I find this behavior lacking empathy; the hotel should teach them better manners.

This was our second stay in Phu Quoc and it couldn't have been a bigger disappointment. The pool is old on the verge of dangerous in certain places, and dirty (nothing like the photos). "Beach" strip is narrow and crowded. The first night we had a beach front bungalow which is very close to the first row of sun beads, leaving no privacy. We couldn't sleep the first night due to very loud music playing all night and were then moved to a bungalow one row further away from the beach on the other end which unfortunately was equally bad as music was playing also from the other end. Do not book this place if you want to sleep well. Breakfast is extremely mediocre and feels very mass produced. Only positive thing was that the staff at least tried to resolve the problem by moving us.

For what it was and I needed absolutely perfect. Great little relaxing trip. Direct access to the beach, nice and rather large swimming pool, and plenty to choose from at the morning buffet. The location was good, everything at your doorstep, and you only walk about 20-30 min to the night market. If you prefer something fancier with the odd animation, this is not what you're after. For me and for the price I've paid, I have nothing to complain.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
