Absolutely stunning hotel with incredible views of the mountain and ocean. The rooms are spacious and stylishly designed. The swimming pool was the perfect depth and water temperature was good too. The breakfast is top class with delicious eggs benedict and a few other awesome options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Super experience, really happy with this place.

The rooms are large and amazing. No problem there. The view of course is epic. However the outside area is very disappointing and falling apart. The floor is peeling up everywhere, the paint is all chipped and nasty colors, the pool was filthy the whole time and not inviting. The place needs some care for the price you pay!

I had the pool suite. The views were spectacular however very windy so be prepared to have your wine glass spilling. Regarding the room itself, everything was lovely with the exception of the bed. Mine seemed broken or as if they combined twins. I didn't mind as all my tours were very early, but if you care for your rest, that bed is a 2/10. The floors in the bathroom have a mind of their own. Once I activated the switch to heat the floors, nothing worked. 2 days later, the floors were warm. There might be something going on with the elements. There's a TV with no signal or service so it's there purely for aesthetics. The fireplace was a real treat, however I was informed it didn't work initially so I didn't use it until after my second day (how unfortunate). Good thing I don't listen to people and tried it anyway. You might want to train staff to test these things. Unless it was intentional, you should know what works and what doesn't. The Nespresso machine needs a descaling. I have that machine at home. You need to use the liquid to clean it, otherwise it's there for aesthetics similar to the TV and useless. Accessibility is not that great here. You need a driver to take you to the beach and to grab food. I struggled with Uber eats as they didn't take any of my American cards. This place only serves breakfast. Lastly, checkout is a burden. They kept my Amex on file, yet didn't charge it. I checked out very early to go to Kruger for my safari and next thing I know, I'm being told my debt will be sent to their lawyers. Good thing safari land has spotty internet. I didn't like this approach to things, needless to say. On the plus side, special thanks to George. He goes above and beyond to provide great service. I didn't need a Nespresso!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
