Rooms are perfect ! Nothing to Say ! Services are good too, you can park easily your motorbike and safety. Laundry a little bit expensive (30 000/kg) it's why not a 5 stars on "service" critera. Location far from the sea and far from old town, it's not a problem with a motorbike (10 minutes each) but without it's complicated.

Comfortable, clean, new bedroom with a super lovely and helpful host family. They make delicious breakfasts and have some bicycles and motorbikes to rent. The location is right around beautiful picturesque rice fields, and I highly recommend walking or cycling around early in the morning to see the colorful birds and land. It's a very easy bicycle or motorbike ride into the neat Hoi An Old Town as well. I loved staying here and would love to come back soon! I could have stayed forever here 😃

The family who rents out the rooms in their house are really nice and offer a lot of services and free bikes to use. We biked around the countryside and old town and fell in love with the area. We ordered breakfast from them every morning for 50.000 and were treated to a feast! We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family run hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good shower and airy area thanks to the open roof in the middle of the house. A nice ride by homestay’s push bike to old quarter and back after sunset. Thanks to the host recommending a bamboo round boat at Rung Dua Bay Mau. Memorable experience! Thank you.

Room is clean and spacious, excellent wifi. Hosts are super friendly and can make an amazing breakfast! Definitely recommend this place when looking for a place to stay in Hoi An.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
