So I originally found this on HostelWorld and noticed this hotel/hostel has 10 stars. I figured it would be fun to see if this place lives up to the hype. Honestly, it absolutely does live up to the 10 stars! The staff is extremely friendly, warm hearted and personable. I got a lot of wonderful food recommendations from them as well. This is one of the cleanest hostels/hotels I have stayed at in southeast Asia. I stayed in one of the dorms and it felt like I was staying at a nice hotel. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The Joy cafe in the lobby is a wonderful place to hangout and relax. The rooftop pool is also really relaxing, and has a beautiful view of the city. This place is fantastic I definitely recommend.

Located in beautiful commercial area near to the river,dorm beds are very clean and comfortable in a small room with excellent AC facility.Shared toilets are clean and accessories are perfect with hot water facilities.Customer service is very good and you have laundry and bike rental facilities that makes your travel easier.

Amazing Amazing stay at the sea horse. Beautiful room.good connectivity to near by restaurants and market. Rooftop swimming pool which is very well maintained. Also expectional services provided by the entire staff..special mention to Ms.Hien and Ms.Bao! Breakfast was lip-smacking as well Would visit again

Comfy bed. Large room. Good A/C and windows that open. Ceiling fan. Great views of the river and city lights. Lovely rooftop pool, (which could do with a clean, and doesn't have any shade). Breakfast wasn't great. Much better to pop out onto the street. Joly supermarket right next door for expensive imported things, Han market only one block away for inexpensive everything else. Lots of restaurants within footsteps. Short walk to the riverside. Lovely shady seating area in the foyer. Lots of fans and greenery. Complimentary umbrellas.

This is an ideal business hotel for singles, however; it's very much average and frustrating in terms of holidaying. Pros: decent sized roof pool with a great skyline view, breakfast included, modern and very well designed and fitted out rooms. Negatives: The free breakfast is average at best offering a very limited selection and staff who are slow to refill popular food items. The petiserie offerings were almost embarrassing. They were cut so small as to become dry and pointless. Furthermore, a single keycard is issued per room - as is standard - which is a problem as the ground floor cafe to the guest WC can only be reached via the keycard required lift. This problem is made worse in other situations, like getting stuck on the roof terrace without your +1 that may be elsewhere whom has the single key. This is a significant problem as the centre of the building is sealed off and I could not locate a staircase as a back up. For a party of more than 1, you will need to request additional keycards. Overall, I would not recommend this location for a recreational holiday. It is a great choice for business accomodation. The breakfast isn't really worth bothering with except for a quick coffee - if there is any.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
