I really didn’t know wether to put 4 or 5 stars, but the hotel itself definitely deserves 5 stars! It has all you can ask for and an amazing staff. The rooms or spacious, modern, kept tidy and the beds are comfortable. You have a nice balcony, either facing the pool or you have a view over town. Breakfast is great with a lot of varieties. The lunch/dinner at the hotel is nice and also not to pricey. They have great drinks and good coffee that you can get served everywhere (at the pool, in your room etc). A nice room for kids to play in, a gym and a room with a lot of games in. Overall a great hotel-experience! So, the only thing bringing this review down is the noise that come from outside the hotel. On the poolside you have late night music from surround night clubs. On the other side of the hotel you have live music from the food market close by. It’s LOUD and goes on until approximately midnight. If you are sensitive to that kind of things you will have a hard time sleeping here. But, despite that noise I would absolutely come back here. It’s a really great hotel for the price you pay.

We were booked in for over a month but left after a few hours. The room was clean but basic.Unfortunately, It overlooked the main rail line and most of the rooms seem to. The bar/reception/breakfast/lounge area was small and basic. The corridors outside of the rooms to the lifts & stairways were filthy, dusty and unclean. The pool and surrounds were much smaller than expected with lots of children and people walking around with little space. There is a games room & laundry room. Ideal for a cheap holiday with children and close to many of the towns bars, etc. Not ideal if you want to have some peace and quiet.

Great value hotel. Comfy rooms with smart TV. Very nice pool. The only con is that the hotel is behind railway and you have to get Grab to get to the city. Yet, Grabs are dirt cheap and it’s no problem. On the top of that almost all of them are new and really pleasant. I definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Hua Hin.

I really liked this place!! Away from the noise and traffic but still just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Great rooms, great breakfast, great pool/lounging area, and a games room with foosball, ping pong and pool tables. Also down the street from a large outdoor "food court" which comes alive on the weekends. A 15 minute walk to Hua Hin's outdoor market and 2 blocks from Hua Hin's new train station.

Location is near a food court and service was very good. The rooms are extraordinary and it was cheap and high quality hotel. Very cozy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
