This small resort exceeded my expectations! I really didn't know what to expect as we just needed a place to stay for the night. Extra bonus, beautiful room by pool and short walk to the beach with restaurants! Couldn't have asked for more. I'm sorry we only have one night! We'll have to come back. 🙂

Great little gem near the airport. We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks while volunteering at Soi Dog. (Pickup point is just outside, although we rented a scooter.) The place is absolutely perfect. Lovely people running it - extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent shower and comfy bed. Location is great - on a quiet street, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Make sure to contact them and book direct. You might get a little discount We will surely be back next time we are in Phuket.

Have stayed here 3 times and it really is the nicest place to stay in Thailand. The staff are amazing so friendly and courteous and they keep the rooms absolutely spotless. A very tranquil place close to the beach, where you get amazing sunsets. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The place is quiet, our thai style room was pretty large with a comfy kingsize bed, fast wifi and direct access to a very nice pool. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved SeaPines, we stayed here for three weeks while we worked at Soidog foundation, beautiful, authentic accomodation and way better than fancy hotels that all look the same. Very close to Nai Yang beach. Breakfast is served by the owner who goes out of her way to help and keeps the place spotless. Lovely pool to dip in after a hard day in the heat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
