        Worst service experience I've ever had! We needed to check out before 10 a.m., but we missed this information in mail, at 10:02 the cleaning lady informed us about it, but we were not ready to go immediately, so I asked her for 15 minutes. She started yelling at us that we have 5 minutes maximum. I told her that it is impossible. So she said in that case she would charge us for the next day. She behaved very unprofessionally! I reminded her that we are her clients and asked her to speak in a polite tone. She replied that we were her clients until 10 a.m., not now. It's a pity that such employees can spoil the impression of such a beautiful place to stay. I don't want to be treated like that, so I will never come back here. I advise you to look at other apartments in the same building, maybe the service will be better there!

        Here, dear people, I want to warn you so that you don't accidentally screw up and book accommodation here, unless you want to be robbed in broad daylight, without the owner contacting you or offering any help. My friend and I booked accommodation in their rooms located on the 14th floor. On the day of check out, we contacted the receptionist who told us that check out is until 10 o'clock. As our bus to Dubrovnik was only in the evening, we asked her if we could leave our suitcases in them and pick them up before leaving home, to which we have written that she told us that there is no problem, that we should leave the room card at the reception together with the suitcases that we and did. After a few hours, we returned to collect our luggage to discover that my suitcase had disappeared. So he disappeared from the reception, on the 14th floor of the skyscraper where they assured us that our belongings were safe. When the receptionist contacted the owner, he only said that he would check the video surveillance in about half an hour, he neither contacted us nor offered any help, we went to report the theft to the police ourselves. Well, if you don't want your annual leave to come to an end, avoid these slackers. If I could I would give them a zero review.

        The hotel is on the 14th floor of a building that appears to be commercial. There are public transport options nearby, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket, which is useful since the hotel does not have breakfast. The room, bed, bathroom, air conditioning is very comfortable. Modern and spacious room with safe, great TV and a wardrobe. Well lit room. There are two elevators in the building, which makes the wait a little shorter. As said in another comment, the view is wonderful. The cleaning of the floor could be a little better, nothing that bothered the experience. There could be curtains in the bathrooms, as I don't know if it's possible to see in from the outside at night.
