A nice hotel that’s located at the heart of Phu Quoc tourist town, just by the beach with the perfect sunsets to catch every evening. The rooms are nice, good size especially if you get the ones facing the ocean, simply perfect with the feeling of living in paradise! Staff aren’t the friendliest and they seem like just wanting to go by their days as mechanical robots. The hotel was per much full, not the staff don’t seem happy there. Food wise, it’s just average, nothing really special and the pool and beach areas are generally quite nice.

Decent resort. They will greet you with greeting tea. Good pretty swimming pool, small gym equipments, and there’s nice beach right in front of the resort. Walking distance from night market, like 5 mins. You can get private taxi drivers from hotel, they offer you better price than grab. Good breakfast, you can order a chef to make an omelette too

Such a great stay here. The experience was second to none. The pool was amazing - we probably spent more time in the water than on land. The live music by the pool set a really fun vibe. The room was fantastic! Service was excellent. An overall great experience! We have already decided to stay here again next time we’re in Phu Quoc. We’ve also been telling everyone they need to stay here!!

The hotel is nice. The bathroom has a draining issues and the staff is not very helpful. I have to ask them 3 times before they start to send people to fix it. The air conditioner also does not work well at all. My daughter woke up around 3 to 4 am in the morning due to the air conditioning is not working properly at getting hot. The technician said that the lowest temperature they can set is around 22 Celsius which is not that cool to sleep if you come from the Cold climate. The people working for the hotel are not very friendly.

Nice pool, nice rooms, nice enough beach. Close enough to the water to hear the waves ebb and flow. Employees generally mean well but do not seem to really listen. I had an easier time being understood (with abysmal vietnamese knowledge and a lot of mines) by non English speakers in the rest of Vietnam than here. The bad: We waited until after 16:00 for our room to be cleaned, even though we had been gone since early morning. Wanted to take a nap in the afternoon and needed new sheets because of high humidity but we couldn't use the room because of late cleaning. We asked for laundry service, which is advertised as taking 8 hours to complete. It took more than 30 hours to get it back and I had to ask for it 4-5 times (we were leaving the next morning). They charged us about 50$ for it, which I found to be completely insane They lock the lobby doors in the afternoon so the outside becomes inaccessible from everywhere but one small door. They forbid you from exiting through open doors and do not properly identify the intended path. Trying to relax while being redirected every second has been hard. Lastly, the shuttle to the airport they offer is planned too tightly. It leaves from the hotel less than two hours before flight departure, which leaves about an hour to check in and pass security. Considering how late the service was at every turn, we chose to book a taxi ourselves just to be sure. The seashells hotel is pleasant in many ways and can be charming, but its failure to deliver on the services it offers and its penny pinching ways can spoil the experience. Everything in the hotel is an attempt to make you spend more money. It can get old pretty quickly, especially if you expect to have a resort like experience on the beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
