The most stunning views and the friendliest staff. Would highly reccomend anyone to stay here! The service is out of this world. Swimming pool, sea view and comfy beds. Thank you for having us stay and we hope to come back soon xx

I've had the best accomodation experience here at Seaside Breeze in Santorini, just a 10 meter walk straight from your hotel room to the stunning Kamari beach, close to all amenities and delicious food at the hotel's very own restaurant. The staff have been very hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable and comfortable trip.

The experience was absolutely amazing. Nikolas and the whole team were very accommodating. My parents and I enjoyed the place, people and food. Highly recommended and definitely I’ll be back and still choose Seaside Breeze! The room was clean and organized. Basic amenities were available. We were comfortable.

Incredible hotel and restaurant. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and bright, food is absolutely delicious. The hotel/restaurant is near by the sea so you get a fantastic view during your meal. I had the best time staying in this hotel and had my dinner almost every evening at the restaurant. During my 4-day stay I tried Greek salad, chicken salad, salmon pasta, Lamb Kleftiko, a bunch of desserts like brownie and panna cotta, smoothies, coffee. Everything was super delicious. The service is also incredible. Highly recommend!

Although great hospitality with a great restaurant with very nice food at reasonable prices, we had some problems with the room. We stayed 7 nights with suitcases under the bed due to room size. We lost water and toilet due to works going on down the street, we’re not informed. We then lost Wi-Fi and could not connect to our family in Australia due to works going on. We had to eat at other establishments so we could communicate with family. Finally when the rain set in our room flooded and lucky for us our bags are hard cased, if they were fabric cased you would have lost your clothes to water. Nice place but would not stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
