The Seaside is true to its name. Right on the beach. The breakfast on the terrace is another opportunity to appreciate the Seaview. The cafe ion the ground floor is small but makes adequate coffee and serves drinks. The front desk needs people who speak and understand English. This is a drawback. Very little information can be gathered from them

Seaside Jomtien Beach Pattaya may be a 3-star hotel, but it's easily 4-stars here. The location is quite good, the rooms facing the ocean have fantastic views, and the price is very reasonable. Our small work group recently had our retreat in Pattaya and decided to stay here. It was a brilliant choice. The hotel is perfectedly situated and is quiet. Reception was friendly and efficient. The rooms are relatively modern, the bed comfortable and clean, and the bathroom sufficiently spacious (though not big). There is an electronic safe, but the usual caution applies. Room service is also available, and there is WiFi. The only quibble I had was that when we went to check in after 1 pm, we were told that we would have to wait because the rooms were not yet ready. That's unusual for a hotel, especially since check out is at 11 am.

Nice hotel just steps from the beach and from the Jomtien night market at Soi 16. We were in room 207 and had a view of the beach (through electrical wires), you would need to be in the 3rd to 5th floor for a true ocean view. The room came with a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The pool is on the 2nd floor and the breakfast buffet is from 6:30am-10am on the 5th floor with inside and outdoor seating. If you want to be away from the craziness of Pattaya, but have easy access to a great beach, restaurants and the night market, this is the spot for you.

The location and view is just awesome. I like the service very much. Breakfast not too much variation but OK. Just recommend to right the name of the food in English also. It will be good to have roof top restaurant in Evening/Night. I will visit again if plan for Jomtien

I enjoyed our stay here. We rented a seaview room with balcony. The weather wasn't great on our visit, so I didn't get to swim. The rooms do smell a bit moldy. Check out a video on my YouTube channel, Our Man In Bangkok, with food reviews and other Thai related malarkey.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
