        Stayed here for two night with my partner. The first impression of this hotel is not great. We brought our car with us so we used the parking the hotel had available. There is no lifts from car park area and you have to go through the fire escape to get to the lobby. The area was not the cleanest noticed a door labeled chemical storage was left open on more than one occasion during our stay at one point was left open all day. Was a little worried that guest would have full access to this area that could potentially be hazardous and have chemicals in it. Also for someone who struggles with mobility i struggle a lot with the stairs especially as some of the grip or black edge on the carpeted step is coming off causing me to slip and almost fall down. There is a bit of an odd smell as you get up to the area with the rooms (we were on level 1) but once in the room you could not smell it. The rooms are okay, the walls in the bathroom need a good clean especially near and around the toilet and near the floor. the shower is a bit hard to get in and out of especially for someone with mobility problems as there is nothing to hold onto as to get in and out, it looked like someone had tried to use the towel rack to hold onto as it was bent. The room was pretty clean but those curtains need a good clean! the couch has some sus stains on it. Other than that the room was okay. We had trouble getting in and out of the car park as or room key didn’t work and one point coming in late (around 12am) we were unable to access the car park at all we called the after hours number a few times with no answer and also the number off google and still no answer but eventually we were let in. The staff are friendly and helpful the pool area and sauna were okay the spa is hard to get into especially for someone with limited mobility. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

        I came to Melbourne for a family visit and we all with 3 kids stayed in the same room (2 bedroom apartment). This is an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together to accommodate our family needs. It’s is in a prime location right opposite to the botanic garden and right next to tram station connecting to city anywhere. Definitely worth value of money. A must to stay!

        We come to Melbourne frequently and this stay was very disappointing to say the least . Internet was poor , kitchen had barely anything to use for a four night stay , bathroom was very basic and no toilet brush . Bed and pillows were old and not comfortable at all . TV was not a smart one so not even able to watch Netflix. We will definitely not be returning here .

        Wifi disastrous! I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. It should not be allowed to have such a poor level of wifi in 2023 in a big city that considers itself international. I've traveled all over the world and I've only experienced this bad wifi in Cuba and Bolivia before. Also, constant problems with the elevator for me and for many other guests I noted. Practically every day there were problems for me. Avoid this place because you are happy when you check out and leave but for the wrong reason

        I have been following up since my stay in Nov. I am just ignored. Then hung up on last week. I am promised emails will be checked. No one responds at all. Hanging up on guests is very concerning and upsetting
