We checked into our room and key didn’t work. Had to get reception to come with a master key to let us and 2 other guests in with the same problem. Our original room booked wasn’t available so were given an ‘upgrade’. The lounge was dirty, a chip on the floor, ripped carpet and a screaming loud A/C in the lounge (where we had to have a trundle bed due to our ‘upgrade’). There was a tissue stuffed in the light fitting. We requested a refund which was given and we left and found somewhere else.

Perfectly fine for solo travellers, however my room was a lot smaller in person than it looked in the photos. The water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor each time I took a shower. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel so it makes commuting into the city very easy and convenient. 24 hour reception was also very helpful as I had arrived late at night from my flight.

## Seasons Heritage Melbourne: A Relaxing Weekend Getaway **4 out of 5 stars** Seasons Heritage Melbourne provided a wonderful weekend escape for my partner and me. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Our spacious apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, and the included breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always exceeding our expectations. We especially enjoyed the clean facilities, well-equipped fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. Overall, Seasons Heritage Melbourne was a perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable weekend getaway. We highly recommend it!

What makes me return is the welcoming excellent service provided by Rove at the front desk. The other attraction is the price. These 2 factors take the score above 3 star. Wish the room had a smart tv to watch YouTube on. Bedside lamps could be replaced with clean shades without holes. Cups were greasy. No Cloth in the kitchen. Good sized room. Wrinkled carpet needed a stretch. However for the price it’s excellent value, Cant expect more. Great to have laundry facilities in the room! Could not get warm despite heater being on.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
