      A great hotel especially if you are here to see a game or taking the Amtrak train. Clean and very comfortable but has the potential to be noisy during a game. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again next time through.

      A great hotel especially if you are here to see a game or taking the Amtrak train. Clean and very comfortable but has the potential to be noisy during a game. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again next time through.

      Location, great. Service amazing. Aside from that, I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that have silverware. TV has spots in it, I get it, it’s old. If you’re booking the hotel based on location for an event and a place to lay your head, it’s perfect. If you’re looking the perfect place for a weekend trip, I would look somewhere else.

      Excellent service! We accidentally booked the wrong hotel and the front desk lady was super accommodating in having a smooth transition over to this location. She got us the best rate for the weekend and made a nightmare trip into a great stay! Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, only problem was the hot tub was not clean the second day, it was unusable. Unfortunately some parents let their kids do whatever they wanted in the pool, they were splashing everywhere to the point they were splashing people in the chairs. Also one kid almost drowned from all the rough play in the pool. There should be more supervision up there, since parents clearly didn’t care to correct their own children. However, it was pretty cool to see the big screen from the stadium to watch game highlights from the rooftop. Great feature of the hotel. Front desk staff were amazing, housekeeping were super clean, the rooms, bathroom, and bed were perfect. So happy we stayed here!

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

        Hotel Cancellation Policy
        User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
        User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy
