First, I should mention that they are undergoing a renovation. Wonderdul service. I found the staff to be efficient and kind. Allen, in particular, was friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, down the road from a good dog beach, walking distance to wharf and restaurants. I suspect that during the summer, this location may be a bit crazy. The room we had was in need of some TLC. The TV did not work in one bedroom, the other was in Spanish, could not change the settings, and the heater in one room had some issues. Hopefully, issues will be resolved during renovations. Towels and linens were very clean, bed and pillows were okay. I would stay here again, definitely looking forward to the updates.

Went during a rainy season and the carpets remained damp the entire stay and everything couldn't quite dry well. Our bedsheets had a layer of sand under the covers that we had to sweep off. Mentioned it to housekeeping and front desk but the bed sheets haven’t been changed. I did really like they allowed dogs and our dogs were able to enjoy the beach near by! Location 5/5

This was such an amazing place to stay at a great price! All the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect to be a short walk from the pier, boardwalk, beach, and incredible restaurants. The redwood Forrest at Henry cowell state park is a short drive as well as the natural bridge. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Seaway Inn with my three children, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and pier. My kids had never been to Santa Cruz before and they loved it. Our room was a great size and had a great view (we stayed in the deluxe view room). The breakfast was a bit light, even for kids, so we did end up getting breakfast elsewhere. Really great experience overall!

Comfy room and good service! The bed was super comfortable and we could see the pier and ocean from our room! Easy check in and nice place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
