I was looking for seaside hotel for 1 night stay. Accidentally found this resort via a travel application. I online-booked the Deluxe Villa Sunset room which I didn’t know that it was not a seaside room. When checked in, a receptionist upgraded my room to be a seaside one. As you can see from my uploaded photo that I paid lesser than 3k Baht but the view is priceless. This hotel is serene. It suits you if you want to have a peaceful rest. And it is only couple kilometers away from famous beach of Karon.

If you want to end your trip happily, please don't book this resort. All the Front desk staffs behave rudely, even shuttle driver behaved rudely to us. We planned a five day trip. For the first four days we stayed in Ashlee Plaza patong hotel and for the last day we booked this resort for its environment with high rate, but our trip ends badly. Ashlee Plaza deserves 10 Star for their kind hospitality and neat room. Secret cliff not even worth for single star.

Very unsafe and unsettling. When you do arrive at your room, it's pitch black, with bad lighting, vegetation all around you, which is ok but not when the wild Rooms are pretty outdated.The air-conditioning was not working initially. Staffs are not following theirs responsibility and aslo not kind. Room service are very much bad. When we check in to the room ,the rooms are very dirty. We waited for 2 hrs to get the room. The photos are given below which shown how the rooms are look like when we checked in.

Ok it's what I can't say about this place that I can't say as I have just come back from my 20th year in a row staying in and I have stayed at this Resort every single time. If that doesn't say how much I love this place then I don't know what will. The variety of rooms is amazing I have sunset rooms up the top of the hill and deluxe sweets down the other side of the bottom half of the resort. You can be picked up by a little electric buggy from your room whenever you want. In the view from the restaurant is got to be one of the most spectacular I have ever seen in my life I think it's why I keep coming back. I love to spend a couple of weeks in different rooms with different views. The manager there Tim,is very nice and speaks very good English. I will definitely be going back next year and staying there for my 21st time.

Had a great time! Nice location and good people. Vegetarian food was a bit a of a hassle but the restaurant team went over and above to make something for us off the menu. Would recommend for a good budget-stay in between Karon & Patong beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
