I enjoyed the stay here, but if you’re looking for something quiet then this is not the place to go. The back rooms are the “cheaper” rooms but still at a high price for what you actually get. It’s opposite a bar that is super loud. The bed in one of our rooms were lovely but I had to move due to toilet issues that actually ruined the trip for me. The other bed were 2 pushed together but this was extremely uncomfortable because as you turned around in your sleep the whole bed would move and squeak! As far as the toilet situation - as it was obviously blocked by a previous guest wasn’t really noticed until I used it and caused utter embarrassment. It was at a time that the technician or maintenance had already gone home and I was told to walk and use the toilet at the restaurant. I used the toilet of the next door room as my mother was staying in there but was just frustrated as knowing that I’d if I will wake up in the middle of they night I have to wake her up just to go to the toilet. It caused an inconvenience for my stay here as it was not worth the price not being able to use a toilet in the room I paid for. It was supposed to be a relaxing holiday before my mom left. They apologized after asking me a bunch of questions and compensated with a cocktail voicer that I thought was quite cheap. I’d have rather enjoyed a nice dinner complimentary since spending quite some cash there eating meals at the restaurant. I wouldn’t stay here again

We booked at the Secret resort whilst visiting the island. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the young man at the reception even offered to carry our bags to our room. The rooms are immaculate and staff is super friendly. Great location as right on the beach front. Restaurant is a little expensive but that’s to be expected when staying in a resort of this type. Thanks for a great stay and we will most certainly be back!

We enjoy it here so much. Everything is perfect. We hardly left the resort to explore other things on the island because we loved the resort 😂 We spend nearly every day on the private beach and only moved to get drinks at happy hour or have something to eat at the resort restaurant. And all the food was good. We would definitely come back one day in the future!

We had the best experience staying here. Everything was so perfect. I will recommend to stay at their beachfront villa. The villa is cozy and you can step out from your room directly by the beach. And the sunset views are breathtaking. They have a beach facing restaurant and food here is amazing. You can have a peaceful lazy candle light dinner with magical sound of waves. The staff here is also friendly and service is good. The hotel is by the main road itself hence pretty convenient to travel nearby. Must must recommend this place. Talking about cons, there is no such cons but only problem we found is Swimming pool is small and there is no phone in the room for calling room service or reception. Every time we need to personally visit the reception if we need any service.

Secret garden was an **exceptional** stay for what it was in price and facilities compared to many other places in Thailand!! Lots of space and room, nice pool, and great neighbours and people. The room I had was stocked with a kitchen, massive bed, massive fridge and great aircon. This isn't a party place or anything - it's super chill vibes with lots of gardens, a pool, pool table, etc. It's close to Thong Sala, and a great spot to land and find your way to other parts close by and on the island. Charlie the owner/host was awesome - super helpful and friendly guy, and I really got to know him and the other guests whilst staying. Really grateful I landed here - thanks mate :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
