Room was very clean and neat. We loved the beautiful view we saw each morning. The breakfast was yummy and fresh. Every morning, a nice staff member brought our breakfast right on time. She was always fast and had a big smile. All the people working at the hotel were kind and helpful. From the person who helped us with our bags, to the team at the front desk, and the lady who cleaned our room - everyone was friendly. We also loved the driving tour with a man named Zisis and the boat trip that the hotel arranged for us. Both were lots of fun. I want to say a big thank you to Fotini and Alexia at the front desk. They were always happy, welcoming, and took good care of us. Alexia even came in on her day off to say goodbye to us. That was a very sweet thing for her to do. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay special. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santorini!

My wife and I always wanted to go Santorini and let me tell you the staff and the place was excellent. We went to celebrate my Birthday and our Anniversary. Fontini and Alexia made our stay great. The two off them was so great to deal with and the service they gave us will be remembered for very long time. We want to visit Santorini again and would love to stay at the same place. My wife and I would like to thank the two of them for making our stay so Nice. From the great breakfast to the room cleaning and the porter was great. It is located in central area and walking distance to every place in Santorini. I will be back soon.

A gem in Oia! Definitely a 5 star-hotel. This hotel is a great find as its location, views, rooms and staff are excellent! It is located in the heart of Oia with unobstructed views of the Caldera from the rooms. The views from each room jacuzzi in the patio, where you also have breakfast, are magnificent! Breakfast service was wonderful. You can select from a wide menu and have breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. The rooms themselves are large, clean, modern, well decorated and comfortable. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is stunning, shower is very hot when desired and has good water pressure. The jacuzzis are great for every occasion, but mainly for a night dip and drinks while enjoying the romantic Oia view. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They also helped us arranging a spot at the sister property Santorini Secret Suites and Spa to enjoy the pool and then dinner at their fantastic restaurant, Black Rock. All the staff was fantastic and a true testimonial to the hotel. I would 100% recommend this hotel to all visitors, definitely worth it!

Great hotel, in a great location! Too many positives to list them all out. One thing to note is you get access to all the amenities at the other properties (pool being the biggest one) - this was not made aware to us when we checked in and would have been good to know. Check in overall felt a bit rushed and we felt some details were left out but that is the only con! Breakfast was incredible!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
