I stayed here for a few days. The staff were amazing. The bartenders Dimitri and Georgia were so friendly and made amazing drinks. Diana from the reception was so kind. She helped my group plan events for the day. The lunch and dinner menu were fresh and flavorful. The customer service at the hotel was the best I’ve ever experienced.

I was just there October 19-24 and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful especially on my sisters wedding which was held at the hotel. Everyone there was so nice and helpful especially Tony, Sylvia and Diana. This is one of the best places to stay if you are in Santorini. Thank you guys for making my sisters day a day to remember.

We have just spent 10 days there and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were the best we have ever met in an hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. They were really friendly, efficient and welcoming . The pool suite was spotless and the food was great.

The place was magnificent, we saw so many sunsets from our room and the hotel was very close to the center of Oia. The hotel manager and the stuff were very qualified and helpful in general but unfortunately the waiter Dimitris that served us was really rude. We kindly asked to bring us more water and he almost thow the bottle on the table while yelling badly at his colleagues. That was a shocking and dissapointing moment for us. We hope you have better stuff when we 'll come back next summer.

Loved my stay at secret view hotel. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed breakfast with variety of items every morning. Our bedroom was spacious and loved the hot tub! Fira is 20 minute drive and Oia is about 15 minute walk. Steep hills around this hotel. Can't fault this hotel. Very clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
