- Insufficient heating in the room and no heating in the shower. I had to sleep with my clothes on as the temperature outside was -2C°/+2C°. - Shower has no door, nor any specific barrier and the showerfloor has not sufficient slope to avoid that water flows into the room without putting my towel as a barrier. - Shower head was not clean - Shower water evactuation full of hair - Pillows are low cost - No real desk to work. There is a small piece of wood where you can put your labtop but without electrical plugs to charge. - The picture on internet look nice. The reality is that the room is not comfortable nor equipped for business travellers nor for tourists that enjoy reading.

A lovely stay in a warm place. The decoration and the hosts have been very friendly. Code access is very easy and intuitive. Well connected to the metro right next door. Close to the center and the magnificent theater. Excellent location. Small details that made us have an excellent stay. 100% recommended.

I am disappointed with my experience at Secret Walls and will not return to this establishment. Before posting this review, I contacted the owners, but received no response from them. This is why I am writing this review. While it was only 22 degrees Celsius outside, the air inside my room was stifling, it was really hot to sleep in. (No, the heating was not on!) I asked how the air conditioning worked and was told: "with the remote control". Except that the remote control operated... a fan! So I sent another message, saying it wasn't air conditioning, but a fan. That’s when I was told, “sorry, there’s no air conditioning.” The unpleasant surprise! I had difficulty sleeping. The owners did not help me in any way to find a solution. For example, they could have told me to make sure to close the windows on the upper floor to avoid letting in heat. I was simply ignored. For the price of the room, I expected better! In short, know that there is no air conditioning at Secret Walls and that is not the owners' problem. (Also, the pillows are huge. Small shoulders, refrain.)

Small property with 4 rooms less than 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Brussels. The immediate surroundings are not exactly the best, but in any case in 4 days we never had any kind of problem. The room we were assigned is number 4, on the top floor, and it was really very nice and spacious, equipped with a sink and shower and also a small kitchen area (fridge, sink, some crockery, no stove). The toilet, however, is located outside the room, in the door right in front, but since there is only one room on each floor and mine was the last one, I never had any problems. Unfortunately, there is no reliable luggage storage service, the only option is to leave them in a cavity created in the wall on the first floor where it is possible to tie them with chains and small padlocks, but everything is still visible and I preferred not to leave them there (someone did it instead). Overall I think it's a very good option to stay in Brussels and I recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
