My wife and I visited Jan 17-22 for our honeymoon. This resort is absolutely beautiful from the views, to the design of the hotel and pool areas. Everything is just so relaxing. All of the restaurants had high quality food and we did not have a single bad meal. The Japanese restaurant was the highlight of our trip and is a can't-miss! At breakfast they will make breakfast tacos from scratch, tortillas and all. Our room was clean, comfortable and, outside of some minor maintenance issues with the outdoor tub, we really enjoyed it. Take advantage of the balcony as there is no such thing as a bad view at this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with one exception. The negative that keeps this resort from being a 5/5 is the aggressive timeshare sales staff. Not that I think we would have been interested anyway, but delaying the start of our visit so the resort could give us a sales pitch was not welcome especially after a long travel day.

The wife and I are still here on our last night of a week vacation! We are a southern couple from Kentucky and used to southern hospitality! This resort did not disappoint ! Anything you want at your beckon call! You are made to feel welcome! The food is absolutely amazing. Anyone who says otherwise probably orders a cheeseburger plain or ketchup only . We stayed on level 6! (room number 26**) I recommend this level as the manager of this level knew me by name first day and was absolutely amazing at her job! I believe her name is Corina ! She made our stay wonderful and I hope she gets a raise! We felt incredibly safe and secure the entire time . They have live music and different entertainment every night. They offer so much that you cannot see it all in a week! We have 4 kids at home and thought we would be home sick the 2nd day! But found we wish we had more time ! If I could give this resort more than 5 stars I would! The room and views are top notch, and we will forever cherish the memories made on this trip!

This resort is not worth the price. The property is gorgeous but that’s the only nice thing I have to say. The service is slow. The food is plated beautifully but has no flavor or it tastes like it’s been sitting for an hour. There is no high quality entree options like fillet or lobster unless you pay for a specialty restaurant. Which is a huge risk when you know everything included doesn’t match the price of what you paid for all inclusive resort. Getting a table at the dinner restaurants takes over an hour. The are no sun chairs becuase people are leaving towels on them and there is no one there to remove the towels or tell you which ones are no longer in use. The entertainment is pretty much non existent. They have short activities they provide though out the day that are always cut short. Fernando and Felix were the only entertaining things about the resort. The resort really needs to provide more entertainment options. Almost everyday we would run into portions of the resort that were blocked off for private events. The last day we couldn’t even go on the beach because it was a “private event”

Fantastic stay for our honeymoon! Hotel design and layout is incredible, very modern and stylish. The facilities were very good, pool area, bars, restaurants, coffee shop and nightclub. The staff were very friendly and made you feel relaxed and welcome. Ricardo from the front desk provided exceptional customer service, and offered us a very nice room that made the experience unforgettable. The room was fabulous so thank you!! Miriam from the breakfast service was very welcoming every morning showing us to our table always welcomed us with a smile! Our last night at the Japanese restaurant was also exceptional. Food and service was great!

Had a fantastic trip! Rooms were clean, food was tasty, and great entertainment! Felix went out of his way several times to make sure we were taken care of (and he ran a fun ping pong game at the beach!) Thanks to all the staff for making our trip memorable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
