Fantastic experience using this hotel for the first time on my stay in Tokyo. Super well located right in the heart of Tsukiji right at the doorstep of all the restaurants. Clean, spacious, kitchen included, ideal for travelling as a group or with family. Check-in, check-out totally pain-free, service at the counter was very helpful. Overall, really enjoyed staying there and will return.

Very happy with this apartment. The staff were great, there was coffee on hand, and the location was convenient. The washer/dryer was excellent for dealing with family washing needs, and the rooms were nice. The beds were a little hard and BYO face washer, but otherwise, would stay here again. Be sure to visit the Fish markets in the lane ways just behind the building!

Location is great, it's right behind Tsukiji Market around 1-2 mins walk. Stay here if you want to visit this market more than 1 day. Best part is you can visit the market in the morning when they are opened and you can avoid the crowd. It is very crowded after 11am with tourists swarming the place. If you are a fan of Omasake, opposite this accommodation has a great Omasake, book in advance to secure your reservation. Rooms are very new and service is great.

Fantastic location in the heart of the fish market and close to 2 metro stations, a bus stop from which it’s a straight road to the shopping and restaurants in Ginza. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops around the area, as well as convenience stores. The property itself is clean and neat. The reception is very basic with a checkin desk and a coffee machine. There’s no place to sit. But they will store the luggage for a few hours if the need arises. We stayed in the property twice because of the location. During our first stay we had a 10th floor room with a sauna attached to the bathroom, and a separate small bedroom. We also had another accommodation on the 9th floor but instead of the sauna there was a small second bedroom with Japanese style beds and sliding doors, this room has no AC and can get warm at night when the doors are shut. Finally as our flights were late evening , for our last day we paid for and shifted to smaller accommodation on the 7th floor. The only thing to be aware of is that they don’t really accommodate late checkout requests. That’s why we had to move to a new room for the day and pay the room charges. Overall we had a great stay here.

Rooms were clean and well kept on arrival. Staff knew fluent english, which is very convenient and borderline life saving for foreigners like us. They were also very nice and helpful when needed. Our room also had all the necessities and appliances we wanted and needed. Price was also cheap for what we got.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
