Fantastic staff, always very happy to help and very welcoming. Great room with big, comfortable bed. Brilliant selection of foods with breakfast. Good quality gym and equipment. Only downfall was that despite there being plenty of food options nearby, none of them were particularly to our tastes.

Room: I got a twin deluxe room (they were out of the rooms with a king bed). Still, it was very spacious! The bathroom was a bit small though. Another concern for me was that the master switch turned every light off, even the ones in the bathroom. Service: Buffet breakfast included in the room price was good! It had enough choices even if I stayed there mid-week. Probably there were not many vegan/vegetarian options nor seafood. Overall, staff were friendly (reception, restaurant, pool) except the security guard. One of the security (night shift, 9pm onwards) was particularly iffy. I was about to exit through the entrance door by mistake but he pinged me and not in a nice way. Once I exited correctly, a couple of foreigners flocked the exit (now to enter). After passing through them, I looked back and that guard just let them go through. If you ask me, it was such a quite racist act (if not lazy). I didn't bother reporting since I was able to get a late checkout the next day. Location: Great location, especially for business travellers! Connected to a mall (Central Bloc), near offices, good restaurants, and a transport terminal. One thing I noticed is that there are no convenience stores on the block itself. I had to cross 2 streets. Facility: Elevators (3 total) are fast; always have to wait just less than a minute for the next. The hotel only has around 8 floors for guest rooms. The top floor has a bar, a gym, and a pool. Gym equipment was enough; only 3 treadmills. They have weights (and weight machines), but it's not calisthenics friendly: no stationary bars for pull-ups or dips.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the breakfast is decent. The staff are nice too and trying not to disturb us while making sure we got what we need. The bed is soft and more importantly the location is great! Can just go out and its already ayala mall!

Wonderful place to stay. I visiting the city and heard this was a great place to stay. The service was outstanding spent much of my time in the room. Room very clean. Food service to room was great and a good menu. I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza. Hotel next door to mall with so many places to eat and too shop. I will stay again in the future. Highly recommend the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
