If i could rate them 0 stars i would. They dont even deserve one star. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was very dirty, there was no room service, there was a dead bed bug in the mattress and they have the worst customer service ever. Do not stay here. This place must shut down. I dont know how they are still in business. Absolutely disgusting.

Very bad and dirty hotel, bed sheets and blankets pillows very dirty and they refuse to clean toilet and they said this is not our policy to clean after guests and they refuse to bring the food from their restaurant to room , only the location only. My mom watch stolen I advise everybody to not book this dirty hotel

Me and my family stayed here from the 31st July to the 4th August and let me tell you the staff and day manager were very attentive and extremely helpful. Specifically the treatment we got from management was top tier and if he reads this thank you sooo much for all your help! :) he literally went above and beyond for us

The hotel is located in an excellent location near the tram station. The hotel is not exclusive, but we keep coming back to it because of the friendly staff, clean rooms and good price. The bathroom is spacious, towels are changed every day. In an area where you spend the whole day outside, this hotel is ideal for a stay. You will get everything you need at a good price.

It is very bad stay ,rooms, towels ,bed sheets, covers not clean at all , stuff not cooperative sometimes harsh and nervous when asked them to clean no response ,when ask more clean covers till us shut down air-condition breakfast is very limited variaty, no phone at rooms to contact stuff ,no trash basket at rooms must go outside to throw it Walls are broken

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
