Top location in the downtown. One of the very few hotels offering accommodation of five persons in one room. + Small terrace. Delicious breakfast. It is hard to find a parking place in this area. Accept liras and euros also. Stay there at the end of October 2023 for 90€ per night for 2 adults with 3 children, breakfast included.

My stay at Şehir Hotel Old City in Istanbul from 09/10/23 to 17/10/23 was an exceptional experience. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, offering a variety of dishes and exceptional quality. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's warmth and hospitality, along with their helpful recommendations, added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of Istanbul's attractions, making it the perfect base for a memorable trip. I highly recommend Şehir Hotel Old City to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, and its location is very good, close to all tourist areas. The hotel workers are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean and contain everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and thanks for everyone working in the hotel.

My family and I stayed at Sehir end of July 2023 and everything was just perfect. Breakfast, rooms, service and ALL the staff are just perfect, everyone is always ready to help and smile!!! If in Istanbul very much recommend

Great hotel at the excellent location, just short walk away from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very kind and helpful stuff, good breakfast...I highly recommend Sehir hotel😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
