A very nice hotel with excellent ocean views. Rooms have nice balconies from which to enjoy the outlook. Rooms and amenities are of a high quality and the service is very good, with lovely staff always willing to help when needed. The pool is good, with a nice ocean view. Definitely worth a visit is the rooftop bar which has wonderful views from both indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are very reasonable, options good, and the tapas menu delicious, making it great value.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, the staff here are really friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great and our room had a lovely view overlooking the city. They also left a small birthday cake for my partner in our room which we really appreciated. It's located right across from the beach in a quiet part of da nang so its a great place for anyone who is looking to relax.

Great value for money with excellent service. Our rooms are comfortable and clean with an awesome view all the amenities you need are available and the room is still in good and new condition. My towels smell so fusty only this thing that annoyed me. Breakfast is enough and tastes good. Highly recommend. Great place for morning exercise running, walking, beach walking, biking, and dancing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The experience started from the first moment we got there until the moment we got out of the hotel. The ocean view is amazing. The facilities with the pool and spa are clean and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. But what I truly find exceptional and more than worth the praise is the staff. They are very professional, attentive, fast, helpful, polite and kind. So well trained staff is very rare in Vietnam even in 5* hotels. Therefore the manager has to be exceptionally excellent. We have noted Sel de Mer as our hotel to go in Da Nang, whenever we‘ll be in this city again. The whole stay was pleasant and we will definitely come back. Moreover An Khang, the young receptionist left a very professional impression on us.

Perfect location, large comfortable rooms with amazing ocean view, very polite and friendly staff, always willing to help when needed. Breakfast is great for every taste. A lot of seafood restaurants nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
