Rooms were very nice and location is great. The service for check in was just awful. The person in charge of check ins on weekends looked to be tired of life. I’d recommend some therapy for her. I didn’t catch her name but I hope the staff who reads reviews has some idea who I’m talking about.

One of the major disappointments with this hotel in general is that they don’t speak English. They also don’t attend your questions and needs. In their descriptions they initially mentioned that they have Laundry Facilities onsite but it was not correct. The room I was in did not have a curtain in one of their windows and essentially made my week stay over there less private and not fun. The rooms don’t have an AC and it gets very hot during the day in the summer. The staff is not very good at speaking English and they have some form of “German Hospitality“ attitude towards no German guests.

This is another hotel where there are bad reviews for literally no reason, I had a great stay! Bed was super comfy, room was clean, the front desk were super nice and my room was huge! No complaints whatsoever people are just miserable !

We stayed here for a couple nights while exploring Berlin. The hotel is in a great location as it's close to Checkpoint Charlie, a subway station, and a grocery store. The rooms were clean but small and there was no way to control the temperature besides opening the windows and a small fan. The shower was tiny and you can hardly turn around. Overall, if you're not looking to live in your hotel room, this is a pretty good spot to stay

Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The wifi was unusable-repeat unusable. Front desk was ok. No AC (relevant in summer months) and no adjustable heat. Just go somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
